The Picture has been stored in damp conditions. The colours are bright. there are no signs of any tears, rips or holes. The card on which its painted is slightly warped and I can only think this is due to damp. The mount is dirty and there is dirt caught between the mount and glass. There is no sign of foxing or any repairs or restoration.
